Employee Benefits

  • Moving from the Board Room to the shop floor is something Mark does regularly, as he works to understand the needs of the organization and develop meaningful health and retirement planning. Whether teaching at the University, speaking at seminars or working with a team to develop a plan from concept to reality, Mark understands the importance of a disciplined process, which he brings to each engagement.

Business Operation

  • There are times when the owners of a business can no longer work together.  This becomes even more difficult when the owners are related.  Mark works with clients to develop strategies for problem resolution, including counseling, establishing an advisory board and regular meetings to allow for improved communication.  And, when the circumstances are no longer tolerable, Mark works with the parties to facilitate the transition and sale.

Change Management

  • Through community involvement and building lasting relationships, Mark understands the need to be a sounding board, and develop strategies for change within your organization.

Succession Planning

  • Whether in business or in your personal life, knowing how your assets will be distributed, and whether your assets will continue to grow is important.  Mark works with clients to understand their goals, and develop a personalized plan to put that plan into action.

  • Get to know Mark

I grew up in the Toledo area, and I am married to Mindy, with whom we have two adult children. I have always been engaged in the communities in which I live and work. I am an avid outdoorsman, and have been working with Boy Scouts to develop a year round shooting sports program. Through this focus, I continue to develop my shooting skills, and I serve as an NRA Training Counselor in a number of disciplines.
