Mark C. Abramson is a partner with RCO and has extensive experience in the employee benefits field. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and the District of Columbia, and has argued cases in both the United States District Court and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mark serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Toledo College of Law and has previously taught in the Masters in Taxation program at its College of Business Administration. He is an instructor and lecturer regarding employee benefits and Social Security issues.
Mark earned is Juris Doctor degree from the American University, Washington College of Law, in 1981. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1978.

Employment Law. Mark advises and represents clients on a wide range of employment and employee benefits matters, including compliance issues for qualified and nonqualified plans.
