Thomas J. Antonini is a partner with RCO and has extensive experience as lead trial counsel in several personal injury lawsuits. In addition to that, he has argued before the Ohio Supreme Court on behalf of a multi-state manufacturer in a product liability case, and on behalf of a property owner in a toxic mold case, as well as before the Sixth Circuit on behalf of Class I railways. Tom has defended a variety of commercial and private property owners relative to premises liability claims, including several arising out of third-party assault. He has also defended fraternities and sororities in a variety of claims and he assisted in the defense of a national health care organization in R.I.C.O. litigation.
Tom earned both his Juris Doctor degree (1988) and his undergraduate degree (1985) from the University of Notre Dame.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Civil litigation. Tom focuses on commercial disputes, F.E.L.A., personal injury, product liability, construction litigation, and intentional tort. He represents clients in both state and federal courts throughout Ohio, including extensive appellate work.
