        W. David Arnold is a partner with Robison, Curphey & O’Connell and has extensive experience in the areas of business and commercial law. David is closely familiar with business organizations, including established and start-up companies, providing business and legal advice in a wide variety of settings. His special areas of expertise include matters arising under Articles 2 or 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, small business formation, contracts, and insolvency. He is principal outside counsel to several corporations and limited liability companies.

        David has been practicing since 1974. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Georgia and in numerous U.S. District Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, and Courts of Appeal. He has written and lectured on legal writing, ethics, and commercial and business law issues.

PRACTICE DETAILS

       Corporate Law.  David advises shareholders, directors, partners and owners on the variety of organizational and transactional issues confronting small, medium-sized and multinational corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities, associations and other business entities.

        Commercial Law. David works closely with clients in negotiating all types of business arrangements, including supply and distribution arrangements, manufacturing agreements, and many other types of commercial transactions.
