David R. Bainbridge is a partner with RCO and has extensive experience in real estate matters, including the acquisition, financing and development of real estate for commercial and residential development.
David earned his Masters of Law degree from the University of Florida in 1984; his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo (with honors) in 1983; and his undergraduate degree from Miami (Ohio) University in 1980.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Real Estate. David has served as special real estate counsel to major corporations where he regularly handled commercial leasing and real estate acquisitions and sales.
Corporate and Commercial Law. David has significant experience in banking and financial transactions, including representing both lenders and borrowers in secured transactions. He has also regularly represented the Ohio Department of Development and major banking institutions in commercial financing transactions.
Commercial Transactions.
David is involved in corporate mergers, acquisitions, asset and stock sales.
