Julia E. Benziger is a
partner at RCO and represents businesses in a variety of commercial practice areas.
Julia received her Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from the University of Toledo College of Law and received two undergraduate degrees from Ohio Northern University. While a law student, she was the technical editor of the University of Toledo Law Review, was named to the Dean’s list on multiple occasions and also ranked highest in two classes.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Commercial Transactions.
Julia assists in the negotiation and consummation of mergers and acquisitions and advises clients on distribution, licensing and other commercial arrangements.
Corporate and Commercial Law.
Julia advises shareholders, directors, partners, and owners in corporate and entity governance and planning issues and capital transactions.
Banking and Financial Transactions. Julia works with banks and other capital sources in arranging and obtaining commercial financing.
