Howard G. Bruss is of counsel with RCO and has been practicing in U.S. Patent and Trademark law since 1967.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from the University of Toledo and his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Detroit.

        Howard is an accomplished legal professional and past assistant general counsel with Owens-Illinois, Inc. (1972-2004). He has extensive patent, trademark and other intellectual property law experience. Howard is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
