Matthew D. Budds is an associate with RCO and practices in the
areas of insurance defense, creditor representation, and general
civil litigation.
Matt earned his Juris Doctor
degree (with high honors) from the University of Toledo College
of Law. While at the College of Law, Matt served as the
Executive Editor for The University of Toledo Law Review and
published "No Canada: Analyzing Efforts to Keep Canadian Waste in
Its Home and Native Land," 39 U.Tol. L. Rev. 693 (2008). Matt
earned his undergraduate degree (with distinction) from the
University of Michigan.
