SARAH J. CORNEY, ASSOCIATE
Contact Information Sarah J. Corney is an associate attorney with Robison, Curphey & O’Connell and practices in the areas of labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, creditor representation, and general civil litigation. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor degree (with high honors) from the University of Toledo College of Law. While at the College of Law, she received a Certificate in Labor and Employment Law and an American Bar Association/BNA award for excellence in the study of labor and employment law. She worked as a research assistant in the area of public sector labor law and competed with distinction on an award-winning labor and employment moot court team.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Wooster, where she received departmental honors as well as honors on her Independent Study project. Sarah is a Bucyrus, Ohio native.
Sarah’s practice is dedicated primarily to employment and labor issues, including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Ohio Civil Rights complaints, workers’ compensation claims, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance, and hiring, discipline, and discharge.
