Thomas M. George is a partner with Robison, Curphey & O'Connell and counsels clients in the areas of commercial transactional matters, corporate governance and health care transactional work, contracting and compliance. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Ohio.
Tom earned his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from Williams College, Williamstown, Massachusetts.
PRACTICE DETAILS
Corporate and Commercial Law. Tom advises shareholders, directors, partners, and owners in corporate and entity governance, business succession and planning issues and capital transactions. His primary client
responsibilities include an international packaging corporation, a multi-state insurance agency and numerous physician practice groups as well as other diversified service providers and manufacturers in a wide range of industries.
Healthcare. Tom represents physicians, hospitals, nurses, and other healthcare providers on a wide range of issues including
practice establishment and governance, succession planning, hospital-physician relations, and
regulatory matters.
