Scott A. Haselman is a partner with RCO and has extensive experience in civil litigation, and commercial and insurance coverage disputes. He also represents insurance companies in defense of bad faith claims.
Scott was class valedictorian of 1995 University of Toledo College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. He was also named Outstanding Graduate by the faculty. He earned his undergraduate degree (with honors) from the University of Toledo. He is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Ohio.

Insurance Coverage. Scott advises and represents major insurance companies and corporate insureds on insurance coverage issues.
Civil litigation. Scott focuses on commercial disputes and personal injury claims. He represents clients in both state and federal courts throughout Ohio, including appellate work, as well as state courts in Michigan.
