Daniel G. Hazard is an associate of RCO and has experience in general civil litigation, medical malpractice litigation and commercial litigation.
Dan earned his Juris Doctor degree (with honors) in 2001 from the University of Toledo College of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1996.
While in law school, Dan authored the Department of Commerce v. United States House of Representatives - Constitutional Text: Out of Sight, Out of Mind, 32 U. Tol. L. Rev. 89 (2000); Symposium Editor, University of Toledo Law Review, 2000-01.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Civil Litigation. Dan focuses on employment and labor, insurance, medical malpractice, product liability, and school law disputes. He also has extensive experience representing ERISA and other health plans through trial in recovering expenses paid on behalf of plan beneficiaries. Dan represents clients in both state and federal courts throughout Ohio, as well as state courts in Michigan.
