Matthew L. Klein is a partner with Robison, Curphey & O’Connell. Matthew L. Klein was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2001. His practice is focused in the areas of Corporate Law, Tax Law, Estate Planning and Real Estate.
Matt represents clients, both individual and corporate, in all phases of residential and corporate real estate transactions. He advises small business owners on issues involving estate planning and administration, succession planning, business structure and real estate transactions.
Practice Details
Corporate Law.
Matt advises shareholders, directors, partners and owners on the variety of organizational and transactional issues confronting small, medium-sized and multinational corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities, associations and other business entities.
Estate Planning Law.
Matt assists clients in developing estate plans for the orderly and economical transfer of accumulated wealth or other business interests to family members both during life and at death.
Real Estate Law.
Matt provides services in all phases of buying and selling of residential, vacation and commercial real estate including the acquisition and sale of business entities.
