Timothy D. Krugh is a partner with RCO and has extensive experience in the areas of healthcare, trial and appellate litigation, and professional and product liability. He has authored numerous publications and lectured extensively on healthcare and medical liability issues.
Tim received his Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from the University of Toledo College of Law and his undergraduate degree (with high honors) from Mount Union College. He joined RCO in 1978.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Medical malpractice, healthcare law, and professional and product liability. Tim represents physicians, hospitals, nurses, and other healthcare providers on a wide range of issues, with a concentration on litigation, claims administration, hospital-physician relations, and design and implementation of hospital self-insurance programs. Tim works extensively with physicians and hospitals in the evaluation, management, and defense of medical malpractice claims.
