Lisa L. Nagel is an associate with RCO and practices in the areas of Labor and Employment law and general Civil Litigation.
Lisa received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Miami University (with high honors). While a law student, she was an Associate Member and a Lead Articles Editor for the law review.

Benefits. Lisa’s practice focuses on representing private and public employers in various administrative settings. She provides advice for employers related to planning including hiring practices, employee handbooks, employment termination, anti-discrimination training, etc. Additionally, she defends employers in both state and federal courts of law. She also defends employer interests before various administrative agencies including the Department of Labor (DOL), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the State Employment Relations Board (SERB), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), the Ohio Department of Commerce, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) and the Ohio Industrial Commission (OIC).
