Michael R. Olsaver is a partner with Robison, Curphey &
O'Connell and has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning and provides a broad range of services related to the acquisition, financing, development and leasing and sale of real property. He is licensed to practice in Michigan.
Mike earned his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. He joined RCO in 2000.
PRACTICE DETAILS
Estate Planning. Mike assists clients in their estate planning by assuring that their property is distributed in accordance with their wishes while at the same time reducing or eliminating taxes to the extent possible. He advises clients in estate and family business succession planning.
Real Estate. Mike provides services in all phases of buying and selling of residential, vacation and commercial real estate including the acquisition and sale of business entities.
Municipal Law. Mike advises townships about municipal codes, laws and governmental affairs.
