Mark A. Ozimek is a partner with Robison, Curphey & O'Connell and practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis in commercial loan restructuring and workout. Mark has experience representing regional banks and other financial institutions during all phases of the restructuring, workout and collection of commercial loans. Mark also counsels physicians, hospitals and other health care providers in the structuring of health care business arrangements, transactions and joint ventures.
Mark earned his Juris Doctor degree (with high honors) from the University of Toledo College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University. He was included in the current edition of Ohio Super Lawyers as a Rising Star by his peers.
PRACTICE DETAILS
Commercial litigation. Mark assists clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including commercial loan litigation and construction related disputes. Mark assists clients through all stages of the commercial foreclosure process, including loan forbearance and modification agreements, the appointment and representation of commercial property receivers and the completion of sheriff’s sales throughout Ohio.
Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights. Mark represents banks and other creditors in collection, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, with experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
