Bryan C. Rannigan is an associate in the business and corporate section of the firm’s transactional practice.
Bryan earned his Juris Doctorate degree (with high honors) from the University of Toledo College of Law and his undergraduate degree (with honors) from Hillsdale College.
Prior to joining RC&O, Bryan was employed as a financial analyst and database administrator.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Bryan’s practice is devoted primarily to business and corporate law, including entity formation, business organization, operation, and planning, governance, and pension and health plan issues.
