Healthcare. Brittney assists physicians, hospitals and other health care providers with HIPAA compliance.
Employment Law. Brittney advises and represents clients on a wide range of employment and employee benefits matters, including compliance issues for qualified and nonqualified plans.
Employee Benefits. Brittney advises and counsels employers in the design and operation of all forms of employee benefit programs, including retirement plans and welfare benefit plans. She assists clients in navigating the complex funding and structural requirements of plans, and assures compliance with fiduciary standards and claims adjudication.
