Robert F. Sprague is a partner with Robison, Curphey & O’Connell and has extensive experience in the areas of business and corporate law. Bob is closely familiar with business organizations, including established and start-up companies, providing business and legal advice in a wide variety of settings.
Bob has been practicing since 1968. He is admitted to practice in Ohio.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Corporate Law. Bob advises shareholders, directors, partners and owners on the variety of organizational and transactional issues confronting small, medium-sized and multinational corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities, associations and other business entities.
Estate Planning Law. Bob assists clients in developing estate plans for the orderly and economical transfer of accumulated wealth or other business interests to family members both during life and at death.
Tax Law. Bob counsels clients in creative ways to eliminate or reduce estate taxes and administrative expenses by taking full advantage of living trusts, lifetime transfers, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, foundations and other devices tailored to meet their individual needs and objectives.
