Stephen J. Stanford is a partner with RCO and has extensive experience in all phases of the litigation and administrative practice embraced within the field of labor and employment, including EEOC/OCRC, OFCCP, OSHA, NLRB, and SERB matters, and labor and commercial arbitration.
Steve has been practicing since 1975. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and various U.S. District Courts.
Steve earned his Juris Doctor and undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University. He was included in the 2006 editions of America’s Best Lawyers and Ohio Super Lawyers by his peers.

Steve is closely familiar with developments in the law of collective bargaining, employment discrimination and wrongful discharge, and he has participated in a number of symposia and seminars dealing with a variety of labor and employment law topics.
Employee Benefits
Law. Steve is counsel to a Taft-Hartley welfare
benefits trust that delivers retiree health care benefits nationwide
to hourly retirees in the glass container and related industries.
