counseled clients on the establishment of risk management programs created and maintained hospital self-insurance and claims management programs represented hospitals and physicians in medical staff and peer review matters, as well as a wide variety of contractual matters including managed care provider arrangements and assisted in both the formation and dissolution of medical practices and professional service agreements among providers.

We also counsel clients on statutory and regulatory issues affecting health care providers, such as Medicare fraud and abuse, Stark I and II, ADA, HIPPA compliance, antitrust issues, employment matters and tax-exempt financing projects.
