We also defend both claims for coverage and damages with respect to uninsured and underinsured motorists coverage. Robison, Curphey & O'Connell also advises insurance companies and represents their interests in insurance coverage, declaratory judgment and bad faith disputes. We serve as state and national coordinating counsel for insurers with respect to issues of coverage and the defense of catastrophic injuries.
