Timothy A. Konieczny

Tim Konieczny practices in the areas of business, corporate, estate planning, wealth preservation, finance, and real estate.

Tim began his legal career as an associate with Robison, Curphey and O’Connell in 1982. In 2005, Tim ventured out forming his own practice for 16 years. He re-joined the Firm in February 2022.

With 40 years of experience, he has represented hundreds of clients. Tim’s decision to return to RCO Law is a welcome move as he contributes a depth of experience for existing clients of the Firm, while expanding legal services available for his clients. The Firm also benefits from Tim’s steady guidance mentoring younger attorneys in their formative years.
