Lisa M. Aloi brings 13 years of paralegal experience to her new position at RCO Law. She joined the firm in 2022 having previously worked for attorneys in the Toledo and Columbus markets where her work focused on litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury matters.

Lisa brings with her excellent organizational, communication, research, and investigative skills. She is collaborative in her work, contributing to RCO Law’s team culture.

  • Get to know Lisa 

    Lisa is a native of Western Pennsylvania. She met her husband while attending Westminster College and together they settled in Columbus where she began her paralegal career.  She relocated to Toledo in 2007.  After taking time off to raise two children, she returned to the workforce in 2018. In her free time, Lisa attends sporting events, and enjoys the outdoors and hiking.
