Mike has been dealing with all aspects of Ohio’s Workers’ Compensation since 1984. Representing only employers, the challenge is not just to weed out questionable claims, but to also successfully manage valid claims.
A Workers’ Compensation practice is an challenging combination of the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Administrative Code, mixed with Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission Rules and Regulations. There are many paths to claims management, and the ability to “think outside the box” often results in the most beneficial resolution of a claim.
Mike represents state-funded employers, self-insured employers, and employers with no coverage at all. Hearings are held throughout the state and on any given day, Mike might be in Toledo, Lima, Mansfield, Dayton or Columbus, Ohio

My non-law firm life includes as much travel as I can get away with—to New York City for Broadway shows and fine dining; to the Caribbean for warm weather and beaches; to Europe for culture; and to Cleveland and Cincinnati to visit the grandchildren.
