David has extensive experience in the areas of business and commercial law. He is familiar with business organizations, including established and start-up companies, providing business and legal advice in a wide variety of settings.
His special areas of expertise include matters arising under Articles 2 (sales contracts) or 9 (secured transactions) of the Uniform Commercial Code, small business formation, contracts, and insolvency. He is principal outside counsel to corporations and limited liability companies. David has written and lectured on legal writing, ethics, and commercial and business law issues.
