Tim has extensive experience in the areas of healthcare, trial and appellate litigation, and medical malpractice defense. He has authored numerous publications and lectured extensively on healthcare and medical liability issues.
Tim received his Juris Doctor degree (with honors) from the University of Toledo College of Law and his undergraduate degree (with high honors) from Mount Union College. He joined Robison, Curphey & O’Connell in 1978.
