U.S. Department of Labor Releases Bulletin on Tracking Telecommuting Time


Today, the U.S. Department of Labor issued a new Field Assistance Bulletin (No.2020-5) to help employers accurately track time worked by telecommuting employees. This guidance is in response to new telework or remote working arrangements in response to COVID-19.
