March 23, 2021
RCO Law Attorney W. David Arnold will be the guest speaker for the Blissfield Rotary on Wednesday, March 24, at noon. Dave will be presenting "Serving on a Nonprofit Board."
His presentation will cover general considerations for joining a nonprofit board; special considerations and issues for lawyers on nonprofit boards; the importance of due diligence; and the legal obiligations of nonprofit directors.
