RCO Law Partner Jean S. Sieler was the featured presenter on a Med IQ Coverys webinar on "Generational Effects on Juries and Litigation Outcomes"
on Wednesday, June 23. This one-hour webinar was intended for health care professionals - physicians, nurses, risk managers, quality managers patient safety officers, performance improvement staff, administrators, pharmacists and legal counsel.
Timely content included examining attributes of younger-generation jurors that may affect the jury process and how upcoming generations serving as jurors may affect litigation outcomes. Sieler recommended strategies to mitigate the perceived risks of younger jurors and identified presentation considerations when facing younger-generation jurors.
