Attorney David Arnold will be presenting "Legalities of Starting a Food Business - Patents and Trademarks, NDAs" at the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) Boot Camp on Tuesday, October 12. The CIFT Boot Camp is for food business entrepreneurs and small business owners. It will be held on three dates: Tuesday, October 12; Tuesday, October 19; and Tuesday,October 26, from 1 to 6 p.m.
David has extensive experience in the areas of business and commercial law. He is familiar with business organizations, including established and start-up companies, providing business and legal advice in a wide variety of settings.
The Boot Camp is an educational opportunity for early-stage food entrepreneurs to learn about developing and growing their businesses. Presentation topics will include Researching Food Trends; Components of a Successful Business Plan; Understanding Costs/Pricing for Profitability; Product Packaging; and Sales Channels.
The Boot Camp will be held in person at the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK), 13737 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, or registrants can participate virtually.
