RCO Law has added two new associate attorneys to strengthen its Business and Corporate, Litigation, and Wealth Preservation Practice Groups. According to Peter Lavalette, managing partner, RCO Law is committed to developing excellence and maintaining depth in legal talent, and is pleased to welcome Dylan Krendl and Kate Murray to the firm.
Attorney Dylan J. Krendl serves the greater northwest Ohio area with expertise in business and corporate matters including strategy and succession planning, real estate, and wealth preservation. Dylan works at the firm’s Findlay office, located at 220 W. Sandusky Street.
A native of Delphos, Dylan earned his undergraduate degree in business administration magna cum laude in 2012. He earned MBA and Juris Doctor degrees from The University of Toledo in 2019.
Dylan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Hancock County Bar Association, and Putnam County Bar Association. For the past 10 years, Dylan has volunteered with the Knights of Columbus and Habitat for Humanity, Findlay.
Attorney Kate Y. Murray works with a broad range of firm clients as part of its Business and Corporate, Labor and Employment, and Litigation Practice Groups. Based in Toledo, Kate particularly enjoys RCO Law’s team approach in meeting client legal needs and delivering services.
Kate brings sophisticated research and attention-to-detail skills honed as former managing editor of The University of Toledo Law Review.She earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude in 2021. Kate earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 2018.
Kate is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Toledo Bar Association.
