RCO Law Sponsors and Presents at SOHA-OSHRM Spring Conference

RCO Law is a gold sponsor for the 2022 SOHA-OSHRM Virtual Spring Conference on March 18. SOHA is the Society for Health Care Attorneys. 

OSHRM is the Ohio Society of Health Care Risk Managers a forum that allows health care risk managers to benefit from targeted networking and educational opportunities. OSHRM advances the development of risk management, which protects human and financial assets, in a manner consistent with compassionate, cost-effective health care. 

On Friday, Health Care and Litigation Attorneys Corey L. Tomlinson and Kayla L. Henderson will co-present  "Legal and Statutory Defenses to COVID Malpractice Claims". They will focus on federal and state immunity defense to COVID-19 based negligence claims; explore factual and constitutional hurdles to immunity; and discuss standards of care in a pandemic.  

Corey is the Northwest Ohio Representative on the SOHA Leadership Team.
