RCO Law welcomes Timothy A. Konieczny as Of Counsel to the Firm, practicing in the areas of business, corporate, estate planning, wealth preservation, finance, and real estate. Tim began his legal career as an associate with Robison, Curphey and O’Connell in 1982. In 2005, Tim ventured out forming his own practice for 16 years. He re-joined the Firm in February 2022.
With 40 years of experience, he has represented hundreds of clients. Tim’s decision to return to RCO Law is a welcome move as he contributes a depth of experience for existing clients of the Firm, while expanding legal services available for his clients. The Firm looks forward to Tim’s steady guidance while mentoring younger attorneys in their formative years.
He is the former board chairman of Otterbein Sunset House SeniorLife Community; is a board member of the St. John Lutheran Church Endowment Trust, Inc., Oak Harbor; and is the president of Miller Investment Fund LLC, Toledo.
Christina M. “Chrissy” Adam joins RCO law to assist with the administration of trusts, estates, and business transaction matters. She has over 20 years of law firm experience in various capacities, including over 10 years focusing on Ohio and Michigan probate administration, estate planning, and real estate matters. Chrissy especially enjoys providing support to clients and their families during difficult times, helping them to navigate the various stages and challenges presented when settling an estate.
Chrissy has in-house corporate paralegal experience, including the purchase and sale of corporate-owned stores; filing UCC Financing Statements nationwide; preparing and processing SBA Addendums and subordination agreements; and reviewing various business master services, purchase, and non-disclosure agreements.
Lisa M. Aloi brings 13 years of paralegal experience to the Healthcare and Litigation Practice Groups at RCO Law. Prior relevant work focused on litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury matters. Lisa’s strong skillsets in organization, communication, research, and investigation complement the Firm’s collaborative approach to client service, and she delivers a strong work ethic and can-do attitude to the Firm’s litigation practice.
Kelly J. White, R.N. joins RCO Law as a paralegal in the Healthcare and Medical Malpractice Practice Group. Kelly earned her associate degree in Nursing from the University of Toledo Community and Technical College in 1992. Upon graduation, Kelly served as a registered nurse in a hospital setting. In 2005 she returned to The University of Toledo College of Law to earn her Nurse Paralegal Certificate. She worked for another private practice law firm from 2010 through 2015, before joining HCR ManorCare’s legal department in 2015 and served there until 2017. Kelly combines significant medical and legal support knowledge to enhance the Firm’s representation of its litigation clients.
