RCO Law Sponsors Project 419 for Estate and Financial Planners

RCO Law is pleased to serve as a sponsor of Project 419, an event for estate and financial planning professionals sponsored by the Greater Toledo Community Foundation, on Friday, May 13, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the One SeaGate Auditorium.

The agenda will include headline speakers including Sam Donaldson, law professor at Georgia State University, Atlanta, who will speak on "Solving Your Client's Puzzle: Tax & Estate Planning Amidst Uncertainty," and Edwin Morrow III, wealth strategist for the Huntington Private Wealth Strategy Group, who will speak on "Income Tax Planning Challenges & Opportunities with Trusts."

RCO Law Estate Planning Attorney Sarah Corney will present "Estate Planning for Ohioans Living in Florida." Her breakout presentation will include practical ways that clients can avoid probate in two states and take advantage of state income tax savings.

Additional breakout speakers include Tyler Horning, principal of TDC Life, who will address "Leaving a Life Insurance Policy & Solving Problems," and Attorney Carol Sobczak who will speak on "Fore! Estate Planning is Like Golf: It's All in the Follow Through!"

Project 419 began in 2016 as a partnership between four local professional organizations and has evolved into a day-long educational conference for estate and financial planning professionals doing business in Ohio, Michigan and surrounding regions.
