RCO Law welcomes Summer Associates Sarah Knepp and Sarah Smidi both rising third-year law students at The University of Toledo College of Law.
A native of Toledo, Sarah Knepp is a 2017 graduate of Miami University. Following her graduation from Miami, where she earned a degree in Political Science and Journalism, she served in the Ohio Senate as a legislative fellow and legislative aide. At the UT College of Law, Sarah is Student Bar Association president (2022-23); Note and Comment Editor on Board 54 of the UT Law Review; student ambassador; and a member of Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.
Sarah’s original career ambition was to become a lobbyist, but she is now leaning toward a private law practice. She enjoys working with attorneys on a variety of assignments from practice groups including business, healthcare and litigation.
Sarah Smidi is also a native of Toledo. She graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Toledo in 2020. Sarah is interested in a law career that focuses on litigation. At RCO Law, she has been supporting attorneys in litigation, healthcare, business, employment and labor law. Active as a student in the UT College of Law, Sarah is president of the Middle Eastern and North African Law Student Association; Student Legal Services Board secretary; and a member of the Women's Law Student Association.
Summer associates are an annual tradition at RCO Law. Attorneys welcome the opportunity to mentor law students and provide experiences that enhance their education and strengthen their knowledge base and understanding of the legal industry.
