Attorney Doug Huffman, RCO Law Findlay, earned Top Chef at the 2018 20 Men Who Cook Event sponsored by the Findlay YMCA on Saturday, November 10 at the Scarlett Oaks Estate barn. Doug or Chef DoDo (named by his grandchildren) created a Sicilian Fish Stew for 200 guests that included 20 pounds of fish, six pounds of shrimp, and 12 cans of shredded crab. Doug’s cooking earned rave reviews, but he was also honored as Top Chef - earning the largest amount in tips with over $5,000 raised for the Findlay YMCA. The event raised over $41,000 in total. Supporting Doug were his wife and Sous Chef Cheryl (L), and RCO Paralegal Patrice Hassan (R).
