RCO Co-Sponsors Surviving Family Business Transition Inside, Outside or ESOP

RCO Law is a co-sponsor of a seminar for family businesses on “Surviving Family Business Transition Inside, Outside or ESOP” on Wednesday, November 20, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Catawba Island Club, 4235 East Beach Club Road, Port Clinton. This complimentary seminar will focus on future strategies for selling the business or keeping it in the family.  The seminar is designed to assist business owners with making decisions that are in the best interest of the family and the business.
